Baylor University's Louise Herrington School of Nursing seeks candidates for a clinical track faculty position teaching face-to-face in the Bachelor of Science in Nursing program.

We are actively recruiting new faculty with a strong commitment to the classroom and an equally strong commitment to utilizing nursing knowledge as we fulfill our mission and pursue Baylor's bold vision, Baylor in Deeds .

Responsibilities include teaching and related scholarly work, clinical scholarship, and service to the school and the university, the faculty, the professional field, the religious congregation, and the community. The areas of responsibility will vary according to the faculty member's specialty area and specific assignment.

Preferred Specialties: Psych Mental Health

Baylor University offers competitive salaries and benefits. The budgeted salary range that the university expects to pay for this position is $80,000 to $120,000. A wide range of factors are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certification, analysis of internal equity, and other business and organizational needs.
