Thriveworks in Illinois is seeking provisionally licensed clinicians for a full-time, hybrid role combining in-office and remote work. The position includes a robust benefits package and structured supervision. Successful candidates will have a 60-credit hour degree and LPC or CPCT licensure, with experience treating depression and anxiety.

Provisioning allows 30 hours per week with 25+ client visits and 5 hours for administrative tasks and meetings. Salary up to $57,700 with bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must live and be seeking licensure in Illinois.
• Graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program.
• Licensed or in process as LPC or CPCT/Clinical Professional Counselor.
• Experience assessing and treating depression and anxiety in clinical settings.
• Experience conducting intakes and DSM-5 diagnoses under supervision (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health counseling to clients (individuals, couples, and children) as needed.
• Manage a 30-hour/week caseload with 25+ client visits and time allotted for administrative tasks and supervision.
• Collaborate with a clinical team and participate in supervision and ongoing professional development.

• Must reside within 45 minutes of the office location. Ability to work in the office for the probationary period and then work a hybrid model (50% in office and 50% remote).

Qualifications:

• Must live and be seeking licensure in the state where services are provided

• A graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program

• Approved by the board as an LPC or CPCT/Clinical Professional Counselor

• Graduate or Post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety is required

• Graduate or Post-graduate work experience independently conducting intakes and diagnosing (preferred) according to the current DSM-5 under a licensed supervisor.

Compensation:

Up to $57,700 based on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
