Clinical Product Training Manager (IL/OH)

Overview

United Therapeutics is a pioneering biotech company committed to developing therapies for rare diseases and creating manufactured organs to address organ shortages. Founded in 1996, we have multiple FDA-approved treatments and a pipeline focused on pulmonary and organ transplant diseases.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement clinical and technical training programs for UTC's products, supporting distribution partners and internal teams.
  2. Deliver engaging training sessions on disease states, treatment protocols, and device usage, ensuring alignment with company messaging and standards.
  3. Maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and partners, providing ongoing education and support.
  4. Participate in conferences and trade shows to enhance clinical knowledge and promote UTC products.
  5. Assist various departments with training needs to optimize patient outcomes and product support.
  6. Contribute to educational content creation, including manuals and virtual training materials.
  7. Identify opportunities to improve training effectiveness and service quality.
  8. Travel up to 75% as required, including overnight stays.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in nursing or related field.
  • 8+ years of clinical and business experience, or 6+ years with a Master’s Degree, with knowledge of Specialty Pharmacy Services and patient management.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
  • Ability to travel extensively, including overnight trips.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree in health-related field.
  • RN licensure, preferably in multiple states.
  • Understanding of SPS Partner relationships and UTC product offerings.
  • Experience in conducting meetings and training sessions.
  • Knowledge of global product commercialization and ongoing training initiatives.
Location & Compensation

This role is remote within the US, ideally in IL, OH, MA, or NY. Salary ranges from $125,000 to $160,000 annually, plus incentives, based on experience and location.
