A leading company in health care distribution seeks a Sales Support Specialist for the HSO division. This role involves onboarding customers with orthodontic products, driving sales growth, and providing education to dental practices. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and relevant experience in the orthodontics field.
This position will be responsible for supporting the Henry Schein Orthodontic (HSO) sales team and customers with the implementation, onboarding, and growth of the full HSO product line. They will work directly with the HSO Orthodontic Sales Specialist, Group Practice Specialist, or Strategic Account Manager, alongside the HSO Customer Care team in assigned territories, with all aspects of product sales and account support. They will be responsible for driving the ideal patient journey with HSO line of products and providing the upmost customer experience. This includes but is not limited to: actively engaging assigned customers, complete onboarding and implementation of aligners or traditional orthodontic product lines, and coordinating communications with the sales rep. Additionally, this individual will enhance the customer experience through the timely management of communications regarding training, product inquiries/ trouble shooting, case submissions, and ongoing customer needs.
Additional responsibilities include supporting the drive for incremental sales and market share within HSO customer accounts by providing ongoing education for each member of the dental practice, selling and training efforts with affiliated practices, driving product adoption via workflow efficiencies in key product lines. They will support, communicate, and implement sales and training strategies designed to accomplish specific product volume growth internally and externally. This role will work closely with: Sales, Customer Care, Professional Education, Marketing, and Clinical teams to deliver relevant and essential clinical resources.

Typically 2 to 4 or more years of increasing responsibility in terms of any applicable professional experience.

Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline.
TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Travel typically less than 30-40%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.
