AmTrust Financial Services, Inc. seeks a Clinical Product Manager to optimize ancillary healthcare services in workers’ compensation, oversee DME, PT/OT, diagnostics, transportation, home health, IME/peer review and related vendors.

You’ll drive vendor performance, cost management, and program integrity across managed care initiatives. You will lead vendor strategy, build cross-functional relationships, monitor outcomes with metrics, and launch pilots to improve care delivery while ensuring

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s in Healthcare, Business, Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years in healthcare analytics or clinical operations.
• 2+ years in Workers Compensation and related ancillary services.
• Proven vendor management and workflow optimization experience.
• Proficiency with contracts, financial modeling, and business case development.
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills.
• Strong PowerPoint skills; Visio a plus.
• Excellent communication, both with AmTrust leadership and external parties.

Responsabilidades

• Lead vendor strategy from selection to onboarding, aligning partnerships with clinical and financial goals.
• Build strong relationships with vendors and internal teams; oversee performance and compliance.
• Monitor and improve outcomes by developing and tracking key metrics and driving improvements.
• Launch programs and pilots to assess ideas and streamline workflows.
• Maintain smooth operations with clear processes and smart tech integration.
• Work with data to drive outcomes, detailing reporting requirements and data needs.
• Perform deep-dive analyses of contracts, data, and processes to identify risks and improvements.
• Protect financial integrity by identifying billing issues and optimizing transactions.
• Champion compliance and quality across states; educate and align stakeholders on priorities.
