Clinical Practice Manager - Cardiac Transplant Unit

Join to apply for the Clinical Practice Manager - Cardiac Transplant Unit role at Seattle Children's.

This role involves collaborating with the Director, Clinical Director, Physicians, and clinical staff to oversee patient care services within the Surgical Unit on a 24/7 basis. Responsibilities include managing staffing plans, scheduling, staff development, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Work Schedule: Ability to work four 10-hour shifts within the Mon-Fri timeframe, hours may vary between days and evenings.

Relocation: Offered for qualifying external candidates, depending on distance.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing school
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
  • At least two (2) years of nursing experience
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
Necessary Credentials
  • Current Washington State RN license
  • National certification in a clinical specialty within three years of employment
  • Current BLS certification for Healthcare providers
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's of Science in Nursing (MSN)
Compensation and Benefits

Salary range: $126,805 - $190,207 per year, based on full-time employment. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 403(b), life insurance, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more. Details available at www.seattlechildrens.org/careers/benefits.
