The State of North Carolina is seeking a temporary Program Coordinator II (S) to support the Clinical Policy Development & Operations section within the DHHS Health Benefits division. The role emphasizes policy compliance, content management on SharePoint, and day-to-day guidance for consultants through the policy development lifecycle.

Responsibilities include version control, audits, and CCP communications as part of the policy workflow, with a Bachelor’s degree and related experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with one year of relevant experience or equivalent
• Knowledge of Medicaid or clinical coverage policies is preferred
• Experience managing website content and/or a SharePoint site is beneficial

Responsabilités

• Complete special projects assigned by the Clinical Policy Development & Operations Program Manager
• Manage version control and track the full life cycle of clinical coverage policies as they move through each stage of the policy development process
• Review, edit, and format clinical coverage policies for clarity, conciseness, process alignment, and statutory compliance
• Lead efforts to safeguard and maintain version control for all clinical coverage policies, including archives
• Assist with maintaining the Clinical Policy Development and Operations team’s SharePoint Site and CCP’s Hive Site
• Assist with internal and external audits related to policy development
• Lead CCP communication related to policies within the policy development process, including reporting and tracking
• Attend monthly Physician Advisory Group meetings related to clinical coverage policies
• Complete all special projects assigned by the Clinical Policy Development & Operations Program Manager
