Job summary

Rowan is seeking a Studio Nurse to deliver a safe, clean, and joyful ear-piercing experience under our clinical standards. Nurses are essential to ensuring a trusted, celebratory process for every guest.

You will educate clients on aftercare, maintain sterile environments, and collaborate with the Studio Manager to keep operations running smoothly. A flexible schedule and opportunities for training and growth are available.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license required.
• Eligible to obtain or possess a body art license/registration as per state laws.
• Professional and engaging customer care approach.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules including holidays/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, cleaning, and joyful ear-piercing experiences following Rowan Clinical Piercing Standards.
• Educate customers on aftercare and promote Rowan After Care.
• Maintain a sterile environment at the nurse station and on the procedure tray.
• Communicate clearly with clients throughout the piercing journey.
• Collaborate with Studio Manager to ensure smooth operations and a celebratory atmosphere.
• Monitor customer experience and address issues promptly to uphold standards.
