Job summary

Montefiore Medical Center in Bronx, NY seeks a Clinical/Exercise Physiologist to deliver direct patient care, assess patients, prescribe exercise, and educate them; coordinate training programs and related research.

You will develop and supervise cardiac rehab and education programs, supervise remote patients via telemedicine, maintain a full caseload, and complete daily records and monthly statistics while liaising with referring physicians.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science is required.
• Master's Degree in Exercise Physiology or Exercise Science preferred.
• BLS required.
• ACLS required.
• CCRP certification within one year of hire required.
• ACSM-RCEP certification preferred.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred; new grads considered.
• Excellent communication skills.
