Job summary

Elekta AB in Atlanta seeks a Medical Physicist to advance clinical development of precision radiation therapy solutions, translating customer needs into product improvements. You will work with customers, clinical teams and engineering to refine workflows and validate features.

The role requires a minimum bachelor’s in a relevant field, a Master’s preferred, at least five years in clinical radiation oncology, strong analytical skills, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is required; a Master’s is preferred.
• At least 5 years’ experience in clinical radiation oncology.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-depth insights into customer requirements, challenges and potential gains.
• Be the voice of the customer during definition of the vision, strategy and roadmaps, working collaboratively with product managers.
• Manage key customers, including Alpha and Beta sites and pilots; prepare and attend reviews and drive actions.
• Work with engineering and Product Management to define, test and refine new features based on real-world use of Elekta solutions.
• Define, analyze and maintain end-to-end workflows that can scale across multiple sites and geographies.
• Contribute to collection and analysis of customer feedback to drive product improvements.
