Synthires is seeking experienced Medical Doctors and Physician Experts to support an advanced healthcare AI project. You’ll apply clinical expertise to evaluate medical information, improve AI-generated content, and support medical decision-making workflows.

No prior AI experience is required; your clinical knowledge and judgment are essential for quality content and safe implementations. This role is remote for US-based professionals on a part-time contractor basis.

Qualifications

• Current or recent experience in US clinical practice.
• Completed residency; candidates in their final year may be considered.
• Strong knowledge of diagnostic analysis, general medicine, physiology, and clinical protocols.
• Excellent understanding of clinical terminology and ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience interpreting electronic health records, patient data, or medical documentation.
• Commitment to clinical accuracy, privacy, and compliance.

• Ability to provide clear, evidence-based feedback on medical content and workflows.

Compensation

• $230/hour.
• Part-time commitment of approximately 15 hours per week.
• Approximately 30 positions available.
• Remote work, restricted to candidates in the United States.
