Qualifikationen

• APTA-approved two-year PTA program completed.
• Current North Carolina PTA license required.
• CPR/BLS certification from the American Heart Association.

• Carries out physical therapy programs as directed by the PT, in clinical and research settings.
• Trains patients in exercises, ambulation, and activities of daily living.
• Collects clinical assessment scores, radiographic and health-related QoL data.
• Performs a range of tests/evaluations including motor skills, balance, and ROM.
• Maintains supplies and equipment for therapy sessions.
• Assists with research protocol development and data quality control.
• Develops educational materials and participates in staff meetings and trainings.
• Performs other related duties as needed.
