• Administers direct patient care per physician's prescription.
• Submit required documentation per department policies.
• Maintain progress notes and discharge summaries for assigned patients.
• Respond to department emergency procedures ensuring patient safety.
• Participate in quality improvement chart reviews and activities.
• May attend family meetings pertaining to the welfare and management of assigned patients.
• Perform related duties as required; duties not mentioned here are not essential functions.
