Job summary

Qualifications

• Acute Care and/or Outpatient experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Examines, evaluates and diagnoses impairments, functional limitations and disabilities.
• Develops and carries out the plan of care including education of patient / client.
• Directs and supervises support personnel in Physical Therapy services.
