Job summary

Continuum Rehab Group in Texas is seeking licensed Physical Therapists to join a clinician-driven team delivering in-house therapy in Skilled Nursing facilities across Texas.

Candidates must graduate from an accredited university and hold or be in process of a state license. The role supports evidence-based interventions, rehabilitative services, and collaboration with patients and families. Duties include supervising PT assistants and students.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited University and have valid (or in process) License in appropriate state.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients with physical functioning disorders per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Provides skilled therapy services to patients who need rehabilitation services.
• Provides consultation and counseling to patients, as well as families, caregivers and other service providers related to physical disorders.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel in accordance with state licensure requirements and professional standards
