Job summary

North Lake Physical Therapy is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team across multiple locations serving the Portland area. You will lead patient care initiatives, develop treatment plans, and work with a collaborative healthcare team to deliver exceptional rehabilitation services.

The role offers a competitive base salary ($85,000–$100,000) with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and new grads are welcome to apply, reflecting our commitment to growing clinical expertise.

Qualifications

• Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current Oregon State Physical Therapy license.
• Valid CPR certification.
• APTA certification preferred.
• Proven clinical experience in physical therapy.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' conditions and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Perform detailed physical therapy assessments and document patient progress.
• Implement evidence-based treatment protocols and rehabilitation programs.
• Supervise and coordinate with Physical Therapist Assistants and support staff.
• Maintain accurate patient records using EMR systems.
• Communicate treatment plans and progress with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
• Develop and adjust therapeutic exercise programs based on patient needs.
• Provide patient and caregiver education regarding treatment plans and home exercises.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
