Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Tuttle, OK seeks a full‑time Physical Therapist to provide compassionate, evidence‑based therapy to residents at the Tuttle Care Center. You will evaluate residents, develop treatment plans, implement interventions, and monitor progress in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

Duties include thorough documentation in NetHealth EMR, billing compliance, and ongoing professional development to maintain licensure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Physical Therapy license in state(s) of practice.
• Ongoing continuing education to maintain licensure and certification.
• Assume responsibility for ongoing continuing education and professional development to maintain current licensure and certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to residents in accordance with standards of practice and department procedures.
• Adhere to documentation and billing procedures for therapy services.
• Evaluate and develop short- and long-term treatment plans to meet resident goals.
• Communicate evaluation findings and recommendations to residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Complete compliant and medically necessary documentation from CMS expectations in NetHealth EMR systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Administrator or Director of Rehabilitation.
