Qualifications

• Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time management abilities.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and stay active during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients for whom therapy is medically necessary.
• Document goals, progress, and medical necessity.
• Lead and supervise assistants and aides to deliver quality care.
• Ensure compliance with state Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
