Horan Hiring Solutions, LLC is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality clinical services, evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and supervise assistants to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
The role requires CAPTE-accredited program graduate, active state licensure, CPR certification, and strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time management. You must be able to lift 50 lbs and remain active throughout the shift.
Competenze
- Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
- Current state licensure and CPR certification.
- Strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time management abilities.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs independently and remain active (standing/walking) throughout the shift.
Mansioni
- Evaluate and treat patients for whom therapy is medically necessary.
- Maintain timely records of goals, progress, and medical necessity.
- Supervise and coach assistants and aides in delivering quality care.
- Adhere to state Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
