Continuum Rehab Group is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our in-house therapy team serving Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care Facilities in Hobbs, NM. We’re dedicated to compassion, integrity, professional growth, and making a meaningful impact in residents’ lives.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited University and have valid (or in process) License in appropriate state.
• This position is open to therapists at all experience levels.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment to patients with physical functioning disorders.
• Provides skilled therapy services to patients needing rehabilitation services.
• Provides consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers and other service providers.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel in accordance with state licensure requirements.
