Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited school of physical therapy.
• Valid state Physical Therapist license.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and basic internet navigation.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT services with screening, evaluation, and treatment as referred by an approved source.
• Develop initial and ongoing plans of care, discharge planning and case management.
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs in accordance with state laws and facility policies.
• Engage in interdisciplinary team activities and care conferences.
• Maintain compliance with environmental safety, infection control, and patient rights policies.
• Pursue continuing education to enhance clinical expertise.
