The role requires CAPTE-accredited PT education, active licensure, CPR certification, and strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills. You must be able to lift 50 lbs and stay active during shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time management abilities.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stay active (standing/walking) during shifts.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate and treat patients for whom therapy is medically necessary.
• Maintain timely records of goals, progress, and medical necessity.
• Supervise and coach assistants and aides in delivering quality care.
• Adhere to state Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
