Job summary

Responsibilities include documentation, leadership in supervising staff, and strict adherence to state acts, OSHA, and Medicare guidelines. A CAPTE-accredited PT program graduation and active licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stay active throughout shift.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients for whom therapy is medically necessary.
• Maintain timely records of goals, progress, and medical necessity.
• Supervise and coach assistants and aides in delivering quality care.
• Adhere to state Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
