Northside Hospital in the Atlanta area is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to develop and administer PT programs for inpatients and outpatients across age groups, including neonates to geriatrics.

The position emphasizes patient and family education, respectful collaboration with physicians and rehab staff, and delivering evidence-based, compassionate care. A physical therapy degree, GA state license, and BLS are required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• Licensed as a Physical Therapist by the Georgia State Board of Physical Therapy.
• Must hold American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Two (2) years of licensed clinical experience is preferred.

Develops and administers physical therapy programs and treatments for inpatients and outpatients of age groups defined by clinical competency which may include neonate, infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations. The duties of this position require patient and family education and the exercise of courtesy and patience in speaking with and assisting patients, families, medical personnel and others in order to provide quality customer service.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
2. Licensed as a Physical Therapist by the Georgia State Board of Physical Therapy.
3. Must hold American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS).
