Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver in-facility therapy, assess patient needs, and design personalized recovery plans. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, report to the Director of Rehab, and contribute to a patient-centered care model.

The role requires a valid PT license in the state(s) of practice and a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy (or equivalent combined qualifications). Growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• They must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• They must have a Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or
• They must have a Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or
• They must have a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy.
• Provide PT in an in-facility setting as part of the Rehab team.
• Report to the Director of Rehab and collaborate with peers to ensure patient progress.

Master's degree in Physical Therapy

Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy

Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field + Bachelor's in Physical Therapy

Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy + 5 years of PT experience
