Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state license or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Flexibility to work weekends and possibly float to neighboring sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients’ medical history and physical abilities
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on patients’ needs and goals
• Implement and monitor treatment plans, making adjustments as needed
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to improve mobility and function
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
• Document all patient progress and treatment in a timely and accurate manner
• Stay updated on advancements in the field of physical therapy and incorporate new techniques and technologies into practice
