Responsibilities

• Patient evaluation and implementation of plan of care.
• Discharge planning and coordination with care teams.
• Scheduling and charging patients; ordering equipment as needed.
• Representing department at rounds and discharge conferences.
• Supervising Physical Therapist Assistants, Rehab Technicians, students, and volunteers.
