Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as Pharmacy Technician, Patient Access Coordinator, or Medical Assistant in health care.
• Preferred Associate degree or Cert: CPhT from Pharmacy Technician Certification Board.
• Travel 0%–25%

Responsibilities

• Prior Authorization & Utilization Management: review UM requests, apply benefits, cite policies.
• Patient & Provider Coordination: liaise with customers/providers, schedule, verify info, address inquiries.
• Data Management & Compliance: enter preauthorizations, evaluate eligibility, perform medication reconciliation.
