Option Care Health in Carmel, IN seeks a Pharmacy Operations Associate to assist under a licensed Pharmacist. You will help process refills, prepare medications, and ensure accurate labeling and packaging in compliance with state standards.
Responsibilities include inventory control, scheduling deliveries, training junior staff, and maintaining clean work areas. A high school diploma or GED and basic Microsoft Office skills are required; prior customer service experience is preferred.

Under the supervision of a licensed Pharmacist, assists with ensuring smooth and accurate pharmacy operations in accordance with Option Care Health policies & procedures, and the state’s professional standards & regulations.

Due to state pay transparency laws, the full range for the position is below: Salary to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. Pay Range is $18.20-$30.32
