This role works closely with pharmacists, healthcare providers, and internal care teams to ensure patient records are accurate, complete, and prepared for timely clinical evaluation and follow-up activities. The Clinical Pharmacy Technician plays an important role in supporting operational efficiency, documentation quality, regulatory compliance, and accreditation requirements within the specialty pharmacy environment.

Key responsibilities include gathering and validating patient demographic, medication, diagnosis, laboratory, allergy, and treatment information; obtaining and documenting records from prescribers and other healthcare providers; identifying missing, incomplete, or inconsistent documentation; maintaining accurate pharmacy records; and preparing patient information for pharmacist review.
