Qualifications
- Must hold a valid pharmacy technician license in the state of practice.
- Minimum 2 years of pharmacy technician experience.
- Current pharmacy certification.
Responsibilities
- Fills and delivers medications under supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
- Maintain adequate supplies for continuous patient care.
- Triages and escalates questions outside the technician scope.
- Uses systems for processing patient information and records.
- Supports training of new employees.
- Operates pharmacy equipment and supports clinical initiatives.
- Demonstrates advanced technical skills and ownership of tasks.
- Performs duties within the regulatory and departmental guidelines.
- Other duties as assigned related to the advanced clinical role.
