Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Pharmacy settings or PGY1/PGY2 with pharmacist-in-charge responsibilities. (CHNOLA/NOEH/UMC/EJGH)

Responsibilities

• Supervises pharmacy services to ensure safe, timely, efficient, equitable, effective, and patient-centered care.
• Liaises to coordinate compliance and regulatory issues for areas of responsibility.
• Identifies opportunities to redesign systems of oversight to maximize performance (labor and operational efficiency).
• Conducts competency assessments, observes and reviews pharmacist and technician compounding techniques, and coordinates/evaluates media fill.
• Oversees all aspects of the pharmacy services quality assurance program and maintains records and reports in compliance with regulations.
