Job summary

Harris Health is seeking a clinical pharmacist to deliver optimal medication management across all dimensions of care. You will serve as a resource to the interdisciplinary team and participate in rounds and education for technicians and residents.

The role includes precepting pharmacy interns and ASHP‑accredited residents, with emphasis on cost-effective, evidence-based patient care across Harris County's safety-net network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Pharmacy from an accredited school.
• Pharm.D. degree from an accredited school.
• Three years of progressive clinical practice with PGY1; or PGY1 and PGY2 from ASHP-accredited residency.

Responsibilities

• Deliver optimal medication management across all dimensions of care.
• Serve as a resource to the interdisciplinary team and pharmacists.
• Participate in operational and clinical duties of a clinical pharmacist; precept interns, technicians and residents.
