Qualifications

• Pharmacist license in Texas or eligible; licensure within 90 days of employment.
• ACLS certification; required for inpatient areas and preferred for all outpatient roles.
• IV sterile certification required for inpatient areas and Fondren Pharmacy; other outpatient settings preferred.
• Basic Life Support certification within 90 days of employment.
• Two years of progressive experience in either OP/Retail or inpatient settings; PGY1 ASHP residency preferred.
