The role emphasizes licensure in Washington, Board of Pharmacy Specialties certification within two years, and substantial ambulatory clinical pharmacy experience to support our patient‑centered mission.

Qualifications

• PharmD degree from an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Washington Pharmacist license required at hire.
• Certification from the Board of Pharmacy Specialties within 2 years of hire.
• 2 years of senior ambulatory clinical pharmacy experience or 5 years in pharmacy with at least 2 years in a relevant setting.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degreein PHARMACY from an accredited School of Pharmacy or
  • PharmDin PHARMACY from an accredited School of Pharmacy.
• Upon hire: Washington Pharmacist License.
• Within 2 years of hire: Certification from Board of Pharmacy Specialties.
• 2 years Senior Ambulatory Clinical Pharmacist experience within relevant practice setting or
  • 5 years of Pharmacy practice experience with at least 2 years of experience in relevant setting in lieu of PGY-1 and PGY-2 residency requirement.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Coursework/Training:Postgraduate Year One (PGY-1) AND Year Two (PGY-2) Pharmacy Residency or equivalent experience or equivalent education/experience.
