Formación

• Doctorate of Pharmacy is required unless grandfathered by date.
• Licensure as Maryland pharmacist is required.
• Experience with residency or equivalent advanced training is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Provide pharmaceutical care and optimize drug therapy for patients.
• Educate pharmacy staff and clinical teams; act as preceptor as needed.
• Lead efforts to improve medication use, quality, and cost effectiveness.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and committee activities.
