JobRx, Inc. is looking for a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist to work within outpatient clinics in Charleston, South Carolina. In this role, you will optimize patient outcomes and collaborate with the clinic’s healthcare professionals under the supervision of an Ambulatory Pharmacy Manager.

The ideal candidate will have a Doctoral degree in Pharmacy, a relevant residency, and be a Licensed Registered Pharmacist in South Carolina. This is a part-time equivalent position with up to 40 hours weekly but does not offer benefits.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Pharmacy from an ACPE accredited school.
• PGY1 residency required; PGY2 in Ambulatory Care, equivalent experience, or board certification preferred.
• Completion of a clinical pharmacy residency program or two years of clinical or hospital pharmacy experience may substitute for residency.
• Licensed Registered Pharmacist with the South Carolina Board of Pharmacy.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or American Red Cross.
