• Graduate of an accredited college of pharmacy; PharmD or Doctorate.
• PGY1 Pharmacy Residency completed; PGY2 Oncology preferred.
• Ability to communicate with patients, staff, physicians, and visitors.
• Commitment to patient care and oncology treatment.
