Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy.
• ASHP-accredited PGY-1 and PGY-2 Residency or Fellowship or equivalent experience in the specialty area.
• Eligible for Georgia Licensure. Licensure required prior to start date.
• BLS within 90 days; ACLS within 6 months if applicable to practice specialty.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered, interdisciplinary pharmaceutical care.
• Lead development of system nomograms and clinical guidelines.
• Review orders, intervene on drug therapy per protocol, and document outcomes.
• Precept pharmacy students and residents; participate in education activities every 2 years.
• Support transitions of care and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
