• Provide or coordinate consultative and drug information services to clinicians.
• Monitor therapies for safety, efficacy, and cost; promote evidence-based care.
• Lead competency programs and education initiatives for staff to ensure safe medication use.
• Participate in committees to advance quality, safety, and regulatory initiatives.
