Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required.
• PharmD preferred.
• Post-doctoral residency or fellowship.
• 3 years' experience in Clinical Practice.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates Clinical Pharmacy Services.
• Educates staff on pharmaceutical issues.
• Trains and develops department staff.
• Provides patient assessment and care.
• Adapts behavior to the specific patient population, including privacy considerations.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Remains knowledgeable on current laws, accreditation standards and regulations.
