Located in Northern Oregon near Cascade Locks, the role demands seasoned leadership to oversee pharmacy services, ensure medication safety, and drive quality initiatives within a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy.
• Current Oregon Pharmacist license.
• Minimum 2 years of pharmacy experience in an applicable clinical setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and operational oversight for hospital pharmacy services.
• Plan, develop, implement, and coordinate high-quality pharmaceutical care.
• Ensure safe and effective medication-management practices.
• Maintain compliance with applicable pharmacy regulations and professional standards.
• Support quality, safety, and performance-improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain pharmacy policies, procedures, and clinical standards.
• Provide guidance and support to pharmacists and pharmacy staff.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership, and other clinical departments.
• Monitor departmental performance and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
• Support staff development, education, and professional growth.
• Promote patient-centered pharmaceutical care and service excellence.

Education

Bachelor's degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy

PharmD

Oregon Pharmacist license
