Providence Portland Medical Center in Portland, OR, seeks a Pharmacy Manager to lead clinical pharmacy services and ensure top-quality patient care. This full-time, day-shift role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible external candidates and a comprehensive benefits package.

The Pharmacist leader will plan, develop, implement and coordinate pharmacy operations, mentor staff, and uphold professional standards while supporting the mission of Providence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in accredited college of Pharmacy.
• Upon hire: Oregon Pharmacist License.
• 2 years Pharmacy experience in applicable area.
• PharmD in Pharmacy.
• 1 year Management experience.

Responsabilités

• Plan, develop, implement and manage high-quality pharmaceutical care services.
• Coordinate care for patients, clients and staff under professional standards.
• Lead the pharmacy team ensuring safety and compliance.
