Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy required.
• Pharm.D. preferred.
• Minimum 5 years progressive leadership experience.
• Master's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• In conjunction with Director, responsible for operational management and strategic planning of the Pharmacy Department.
• Has 24/7 accountability and responsibility for assigned area(s) of responsibility.
