Job summary

Centennial Hills Hospital is seeking a Clinical Manager to coordinate clinical pharmacy services and ensure optimal daily clinical operations within The Valley Health System. The role emphasizes leadership and collaboration across departments to maintain high-quality patient care.

Qualified candidates should have a BS Pharm and at least three years in clinical pharmacy, with eight to ten years preferred. Strong MS Office skills and automation/reporting experience are desired.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (BS Pharm).
• Minimum of three years in a clinical position required.
• Prior experience as a clinical pharmacist required.

Job Description

The Clinical Manager is responsible for coordinating clinical pharmacy services and ensuring that the pharmacy provides optimal clinical services on a daily basis. The Clinical Manager facilitates the development, implementation, and maintenance of system.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (BS Pharm)

Experience:

Minimum of three years (3) required in a clinical position. Eight to ten years preferred. Prior experience as a clinical pharmacist required.

Technical Skills:

Thorough knowledge of pharmacy operations. Software skills using MS office, proficiency with MS Word and MS Excel, some knowledge of MS Access. Automation experience with knowledge of reporting features (i.e., optimization, load/unload, nursing narcotic).
