Job summary

Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) degree from an accredited institution prior to start date.
• Willingness to obtain pharmacist licensure from the respective board in the district within 90 days of hire.
• Certified Immunizer or willingness to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Counsel patients on use of medicines, side effects, interactions and generics.
• Perform dispensing, medication management and verification.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and standards; assist with opening/closing and shift change duties.
• Support immunization and wellness services; promote patient education and care.
