Job summary

The role requires a PharmD/Pharmacy degree, active license, 3+ years of clinical pharmacy leadership, and a Florida driver’s license with ability to travel across reservations and work evenings or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy is required.
• Active and valid Pharmacy license is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of institutional clinical pharmacy experience with leadership/supervisory skills.
• Valid Florida Driver's License is required.
• Ability to travel across reservations and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise and organize clinical activities for the pharmacy.
• Research and recommend therapeutic alternatives for patients.
• Provide training and professional development for clinical staff.
• Design, implement and coordinate clinical services with medical teams.
• Ensure compliance with legal, accreditation and facility policies.
