RBW Consulting seeks an Associate Director, Clinical Pharmacology to provide scientific leadership across clinical programmes, translating PK/PD data into meaningful development decisions.

You will lead activities across programmes, analyse PK/PD data, support regulatory submissions, and collaborate with translational science, regulatory affairs, bioanalysis, and project leadership.

Qualificações

• PhD in Clinical Pharmacology or related discipline.
• Industry experience within biotech/pharma or drug development.
• Strong understanding of Clinical Pharmacology, PK/PD, ADME and MIDD principles.
• Experience applying quantitative analyses to support clinical decisions.
• Familiarity with tools such as NONMEM, Phoenix WinNonlin, R.

Responsabilidades

• Lead clinical pharmacology activities across clinical-stage programmes.
• Analyse and interpret PK, PD, and PK/PD data to guide development strategy.

As the organisation continues to expand its clinical pipeline, they are seeking an experienced Associate Director, Clinical Pharmacology to provide scientific leadership and strategic input across multiple development programmes.

In this role, you'll work at the intersection of clinical development, pharmacology, translational science, and regulatory strategy, helping to translate complex data into meaningful development decisions.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead clinical pharmacology activities across clinical-stage programmes
• Analyse and interpret PK, PD, and PK/PD data to guide development strategy
• Provide scientific recommendations for dose selection, study design, and clinical development plans

What We're Looking For

• PhD in Clinical Pharmacology, Pharmacometrics, Pharmacokinetics, or a related discipline
• Industry experience within biotech, pharmaceutical, or drug development environments
• Strong understanding of Clinical Pharmacology, PK/PD, ADME, and model-informed drug development principles
• Experience applying quantitative analyses to support clinical decision-making
• Familiarity with tools such as NONMEM, Phoenix WinNonlin, R, or similar software packages
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, matrixed environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
