Job summary

AIDS Healthcare Foundation is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist - SRT to support multiple locations as scheduling and geography require. The role emphasizes health promotion, disease prevention, immunization, HIV care, diabetes monitoring, and smoking cessation.

The pharmacist will work within a collaborative team, with prescriptive authority where allowed, including PrEP/PEP, and contribute to program development and quality care for diverse patient populations.

Qualifications

• Active pharmacist license in the state of practice.
• Additional state licenses may be required based on location.
• Strong collaboration with healthcare teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized health promotion and disease prevention, including vaccination.
• Administer long-acting HIV medicines and diabetes monitoring.
• Lead nicotine reduction programs and other SME initiatives under AHF.
• Possess prescriptive authority where legally and organizationally permitted (e.g., PrEP/PEP).
• Utilize collaborative drug therapy management authority within the healthcare team.
