JobRx, Inc. seeks a Clinical Pharmacist Specialist to deliver pharmaceutical care at Cookeville Regional Medical Center, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient drug therapy.

The role includes overseeing the medication use process, precepting pharmacy students and residents, and participating in Pharmacy and Therapeutics and safety committees to advance departmental goals.

Qualificações

• Pharm. D. degree required and licensure to practice in Tennessee.
• Completion of a PGY-1 clinical residency or equivalent experience.
• Board Certification preferred.
• Must be licensed by the State of Tennessee.

Responsabilidades

• Provide pharmaceutical care and clinical decision-making for patients.
• Oversee all aspects of the medication use process.
• Serve as primary preceptor for pharmacy students and residents.
• Engage in Pharmacy and Therapeutics, Medication Safety, Antimicrobial Stewardship committees, and other initiatives.
